Here are a few comments from former clients about their experience:

"I just want to thank you for the efficient, organized, and professional way in which you handled my divorce proceedings. I appreciated your clear instructions in regard to processing the paperwork, as well as the fact that you took the time to educate me about the laws and various options I had. Your approach worked very well for my (soon-to-be) former husband and me because we didnŐt have any areas of disagreement in regard to the settlement and wanted to complete the divorce process relatively quickly and without racking up huge legal bills. I feel fortunate that I was referred to you. Thanks, again, and have a happy new year! S.P., Roseville "

"Kim's extensive knowledge of the law made me feel confident that the agreement we reached would be long lasting and enforceable. Her ability to distill the legalize into words I could understand helped make a difficult situation more comfortable. Kim was recommended to me by a friend, and I have already passed on her name to another friend who is now using her services. L.B., Roseville"

"Kim Cole came highly recommended from (an Auburn) Family Law litigation attorney. . . Kim was outstanding in making my unpleasant situation more than tolerable. Her attention to detail was greatly appreciated and Kim was able to make the process very understandable. Kim has a very straightforward style and I would highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a way to make an unpleasant life choice, easier to handle. G.M., Auburn"

"With Kim's legal expertise I was able to work through the paperwork of divorce in a timely manner. Our meetings were thorough, providing me time to ask all the questions needed; the paperwork was completed efficiently with clear instruction on the 'next step"; and her guidance on how to approach 'difficult situations' with the ex-spouse, are only some of the benefits of working with Kim. B.A., Roseville"

"My experience with Kim Cole was the best I have ever had with an attorney. Kim is very professional and makes both parties involved feel very comfortable at all times. She makes sure that you understand everything that is going on with your situation. Please feel free to ask Kim for my name and number and I will share with you my great experience with Kim. Thanks. D.H., Roseville"

"After reaching a decision to follow through with my divorce I was faced with how to do that. After being a child of a very messy divorce, I was determined that I wanted to part with my old life with dignity and fairness. After all, this is California and you only get half of the pie. What was to be determined was how that pie would be divided but we both still only get half. After reading some books about divorce I realized I needed help but knew I did not want to retain the traditional attorney for divorce. I knew that would only lead to conflict and cost thousands of dollars. Friends and family advised me to "protect" myself by retaining an attorney who would look out for my "best interests". Thank God I did not listen to their advice and instead found an attorney that understood what my goals were. With Kim, I had found a caring, gifted mediator that led us through this painful process called divorce. My ex and I are on good terms, feel like we were fair with each other and are left with money in our pockets and not in some attorney's. Mediation can and does work if you really want it to. M.W., Auburn"
