Cancellation Policy
When you schedule a telephone appointment, time is reserved specifically for you. If you need to cancel:
- Telephone appointments: Please call, email, or fax at least 24 hours in advance.
- In-office appointments: Please give at least 48 hours notice.
We often have people on a cancellation list who would like that time — your consideration is appreciated.
